1.Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Free from damage, tampering, or signs of use.

Due to the nature of aesthetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

2.Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products.
• Products not purchased directly from our store/website.
• Custom products

3.Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.Please return the product in its original condition, exactly as you received it.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including China customs clearance fees and tax. We recommend using the same shipping company with a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
• We only accept DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services for returning. When returning, buyer should choose DDP(Delivered Duty Paid)  services from logistic company

4.Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been arrived at our address and inspected approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10business days

5.Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

6.Situations where refunds are not possible

We cannot guarantee we will offer refunds in all circumstances. The following reasons will not get the refund:

• The product was forcibly returned by customs because the buyer did not pay the customs tariffs fee, customs broker fee or service fee, excise tax
• The product is loss during the return process
• The product is damage when the item was returned and arrived at our address
• The product was found to have been opened or used when it was returned and arrived at our address
